wooaahh, its difficult to balance the barbell while bench pressing lol.
Err, squated 40kgs today but was on the ok side (hope u guys don't laugh...). Pretty sure should be able to squat 50 at least. I weigh 62 kilos. So i shall aim for that first.
Today main2 in the gym cuz no one was there.
Tried everything, trying to get the form right like i see on the example vids etc.
Didn't really want to push it cuz muscles still freaking sore. Start seriously next week.
Only sad thing is that I can't do the chin-ups and overhead presses yet.
Wrist still injured...
Workout A no problem, WOrkout B a lot of problems sigh...
Any suggestions?

just stick with bench press and squat 1st. train the form.
when doing overhead press, squeeze your glute kao kao, and reinforced your abs. you will amaze how it goes
do the bent knee inverted row, for sure one day you can pull up

No no, i can do chinups no problem, so inverted rows is ok.
It's just because my wrists are injured so I can't really 'pull' with it for now.
Just gotta wait till it heals.

Hey guys, any good routines you can recommend for targetting inner chest?
My chest/tri day is basically like this:
Flat BB bench
Incline db bench
Flat db fly
Weighted dips
Db skullcrushers
Tricep pushdown

Should I add in narrow grip bp or something?

tried squat today. at first tot it was a very heavy task, due to the big metal. So tried with just empty bar, realised it was too light, slightly increased it to 20kg. Did 5 x 15. Love the feeling. Realised that my postition was not right cz my shoulder was painful when kena the bar, will try to adjust again.

Then did chest press. Could only do 10 kg for both sides. Hard to balance as usual, Trying to improve.

Will explore more as time goes by.

btw wondering if i have my dinner at 10pm and zzz at 11pm. Will that affect my progress? as in will have big tummy and other side effect?

Just read an article where eating late at night really do make a person gain weight.
Subjects were divided into 2 groups.
Both given the same meals, same amount but at different times.
The group that was given meals at a later hour (late night) had a significant weight gain.
So the saying, Breakfast eat like a king, lunch eat like a prince and dinner ear like a commoner seems to be true. Oh yeah i might add, supper eat like a pauper lol.

Aapprox 60 for the bag (if you insist on a army duffel bag), 30+ for sand and the small plastic bags and tapes. (GI Jane is selling duffel bags for RM55).

What is "tools that stick to the wall"?

I think it depends on the weight of the bag and as well as the material, some can cost up to RM200+

Well, yeah it's free if you live near to a beach or a construction yard.
But if you insist on buying it from nurseries or what not, I would assume that's the price. And I'm a lazy b@stard. Too damn lazy to look for free sand. HahahahH!

I think a canvas bag (eg army duffel bag) is the best for sandbag. Canvas is really some tough shit. And it's not too expensive.

I think sleeping 2 hours after u eat should be fine, but do try not too eat too much and follow the diets as recommended.
Divide into 6 meals a day and such.
But if u can't lower ur intake as the day progresses.

I think the proper term would be shedding fat instead of bodybuilding now. Get a pair of dumbbells and proper shoes. And make sure you have the determination to change.
