usually i do my cardio in the afternoon and weights at nite or i swap the timing depending on my time at work
mostly now i do cardio at nite cuz more time (burn 1000-1500 kcal per session) while maintain volume based workout for weights...

cardio morning very rare unless i run at the park
burn 1000-1500kcal ok ke darkie?
i counted my caloric intake per day is around 2500-3000kcal with concentration on high protein low carb and animal pak

what darkie is saying, use your guts and common sense when u do your weights
there's no right or wrong cuz i always think its all crap when someone says "the only to get big / strong etc etc is to do xxx kind of way of training..." unless of course such things are common and obvious
different people different orientation and focus
i believe, just like what darkie said in bb thread v3 or v4 that there is no absolution in bb'ing
unless ur talking about powerlifting cuz i have no idea how to start on that cuz its a different thing dah

anyway, dudes, i have a short question before i start my bulking session in april
started cutting session since january with aim of 1000-1500kcal burnt per day 4-5 times a week (mostly uphill HIIT) along with rowing - concept 2 rowing machine with goal of 2000m at resistance of 5 to finish within 6-7minutes (equivalent to 250-300kcal)
so far my bf% dropped from 33% (in january) and now at 20% (today)

my feet gave up on me the other day and i think i wanna start bulking up bulan april
just like my cutting session, im planning to go 2 times to the gym - afternoon and nite
masa cutting, my routine was
afternoon - weights (1 hour)
nite - cardio + calisthenics (1-2 hours)

my new plan is

afternoon - cardio (aim 500kcal burnt at most)
nite - ultra weights (focus on eccentrics at 4:2) and calisthenics (pull ups, push ups, crunches, planx etc etc) = no time limit

what do u think?
i just cant do anything if i dont do cardio
haha

i happen to know some of them thats why they tegur...and yes its non of their damn business but since diorang kawan, i just kept quiet
they are not fit (i mean come on la, the decent ones dont wanna tell u anything helpful whilst the flabs and scrawns are there to show off their 30% ROM 70kgs bench presses and 30kgs shoulder presses) and the fitness certification kinda shitty thats why i never really subscribe to whatever they do...i mean why pay to have shitty training when can read and learn thru trial and error (although their knowledge on calisthenics is quite okay)
