yeah, heard of that, but it is kinda pricey imo
why don't you diy it with some towel or PVC pipe, try google it, seen it somewhere last time

sad to hear that bro. recently i had a motor accident , the skin of palm tears off, and big wound at my knee..
i hope there is no side effect for my future training..
now i am wondering how can those hardcore crossfiter doing kipping pull up untill tearing off their palm skin, it is f***ing painful and you gotta stop training for quite some time, not worth it
