Got one midfield with magical PM b4, his wage is kinda high - around 500k p/w IIDM. Early this season sold him already, but at that time his skill has dropped into mythical with 40k p/w. His age is 32 though.

if i were to drop pm training, the most i will go for is probably titanic pm ... 3 titanic pm salary = 2 et pm salary ... pay so much, only for 3 extra pm, or around 1 sublevel of team rating

3 titanic vs 3 et pm

3/45 = <7% more pm ...
64k/41k = 56% extra salary

buying a new coach might net you better results with same amount spent
