Also the Defensive tech forward. |

QUOTE(vergas @ Nov 12 2010, 11:19 AM) Like a dream lineup. i've seen defender go from 9* to 2* coz of a bad weather event ... divine def should be sufficient to stop quick event ...But also consider Defender -Quick - to defense against Quick winger/fwd IM -Quick, as above, Winger - tech - vs header, also winger head Fwd - tech vs header, also head. Also the Defensive tech forward. unpred def is ok tho, since the def is high enough ... i thought quick im does not do any good ... ada SE arr? unpred winger SE is rare ... head wing is also rare ... tech vs head rare oso ... quick wing is kinda hard to beat ... |

I have a head winger
been trying to submit him into NT b4 but rejected - lacking secondary skills. 25 now eh, perhaps next season concentrate back in training wingers |

I've seen quick IM block quick event, no scoring chance SE though, thats all, still rare.unpred def is ok tho, since the def is high enough ... i thought quick im does not do any good ... ada SE arr? unpred winger SE is rare ... head wing is also rare ... tech vs head rare oso ... quick wing is kinda hard to beat ... Unpredictable will need good passing to be more effective. Head almost good for all position to increase corner scoring chances. SE are rare compared to normal changes anyway. |

QUOTE(ihawk98 @ Nov 15 2010, 10:05 AM) your keeper's kinda old ... his form ain't good as well ... with that kind of form and stamina, he won't be much help ... planning on changing him or not ah?kinda depends on your next league as well ... if you get overrun in midfield, then try shoring up the defense ... if your middy is fine, then get some forwards gua rromie might have better suggestions ... ada bajet or not ah? ------------------------ edit: i guess the first player you can improve is your keeper ... at poor form / poor stamina he's playing at below half of his potential ... btw, brilliant level defenders (20-25 yo) now go at around 4m ... if you got the moolah, maybe can get a couple ... your forwards ... aging liao ... wingers ... can buy young ones and train their pm ... i have a 20 yo winger who had weak pm when he was bought ... now he's at passable ... gonna sell him maybe after another 3-4 pops ... the extra 50% training implemented this season makes it worthwhile to train wingers there ... i hope you got the cash to do all that This post has been edited by spursfan: Nov 15 2010, 06:20 PM |

QUOTE(spursfan @ Nov 15 2010, 09:06 AM) i guess that puts quick way ahead of unpred Ah, but unpredictable forward use scoring to create chances, so not really necessary passing. Since forward naturally have high scoring then unpredictable suits them as well.another question, let's say you have a quick forward as your main striker ... you need to add another one ... would you choose quick, unpred or head ... let's assume all 3 have the same stats i.e high scoring and good passing ... i have a quick and head one atm ... thinking of changing to quick + quick ... then change my defenders to head 1 by 1 ... From the rules: Unpredictable players can use their passing skill to create unexpected long passes, and their scoring skill to intercept the ball. Their unpredictability itself may also create unlikely scoring opportunities. If an unpredictable defender or inner midfielder has sufficiently low defence skill, they can also make a reckless error that will give the opponent a chance to score. I would go for unpredictable, then technical. Heads, you can have in other positions, while technical can only create chances when in winger or forward. From the rules: Technical wingers and forwards can create chances if an opposing defender or inner midfielder is a head specialist. If can win middy go for attack, if not then defend and try damage control first la... err ... 2 quick forward give higher chance of getting forward quick SE, right? |
