only 2k+ lost shot events in league for the whole of last season ... not really good ROI ... tjecken said they want to balance the SE ... will be quite a few years before that happens ...

(14443338.492) in global for engel's table on long shot

----------

(264865244) match with 5 long shots, 4 converted, long shot hattrick

the guy says that his midfielders have an average of 6 scoring and 20 (!) SP
i see a big problem there, not really viable if the team is not training SP sad.gif

-----------

according to gm-dikwetz, the probability of scoring LS SE

The formula looks like this one :

Sc : scoring level of the striker
Sp1 : SP level of the striker
rand1 : random number between 0 and 1

Gk : Gk level of the GK
Sp2 : SP level of the GK
rand2 : random number between 0.5 and 1

If Sc*Sp1*rand1 > Gk*Sp2*rand2, GOAL !
If Sc*Sp1*rand1 < Gk*Sp2*rand2, missed !

Please don't consider this as carved in stone, it's only the results of personal experience, and a formula that is according to the game rules.

And well, this explains :
- why if you don't have the team for, your longshots are practically automissed.
- that even if you have the team for, don't expect to score too many of your longshots.
- a massive GK is not LS-proof. (we saw a titanic scorer with divine++ SP score against a national team GK)

(14223395.10) in global

-------------------

i've always heard that LS is broken ... after reading those, i guess i know why ...
rromie, is there any good LS team in malaysia?

i might get rromie for next round icon_question.gif ...

my opponent nullifies my 2 stronger sector attack and attacked on my weaker side ... i won 4-0 ... i think he got screwed by the ME too much ...

i looked up all those info after u said the kid might be useful for long shot ... if you read that post, then your knowledge is equal to mine for that tactic ...

i'd say hunting for info for stuff in hattrick is kinda fun smile.gif

Wondering if using 5-2-3 at all time and let the opponents control all the possession while I'm just CA all the time, is the winning percentage greater than using other tactics (when your team is weaker than your opponent)?

i think if your opponent has a much lower attack than your defence, the box is ok ...
if his attack can breach you, limiting his chances by playing 2 im will probably yield better results ...

you can check bmkid's matches ... he play 523 oso ...

Pay attention also to your attack vs opponent defense. If you attack are not even close to opponent defense, its unlikely to score, hence better for you to try other things, eg SP.

Narrow win in league game. But will be facing tougher opposition for Cup. Could be using 5-2-3 again, but maybe too dangerous laugh.gif

since you don't care too much about midfield, why not play with 2 im (5-2im-3) and mots it ... can pic the ts back up later when u use the box formation ...

experiment, so that i know what to expect when i switch to def training tongue.gif
