Tried it. But didnt notice any difference.

Tried it, too. Not really noticeable improvement.

if u have not been tweaking/cleaning ur Firefox, then u'll see the difference.

it's like 'defragging' ur Firefox

Recommended for those have to much addons and dont do regular cleanup with CCleaner or any type of cleaner for firefox.
Shave a lot on my startup. from like 20+sec. now 5Sec+/-

by the way... its seems like when i double click its optimize my profile...

so how often should i run speedyfox? weekly? daily?

If so weekly. But if you dont install much addons or so on. Monthly.

tried dont know any different because hardly use it haha
