[HELP] phone default goes to 'headset' !

Hi guys, needing some help pls. My phone default goes to the 'headset' ...even without the earphones/bluetooth device attached to it. Whenever i make or answer a call, i would have to click OPTIONS then select 'ACTIVATE HANDSET / ACTIVATE SPEAKER to use it. Where do i reset it as 'handset' for the default pls?
