I think you should go refer to simplefit.org to have an idea of the volume needed for a small amounts of growth.
What you've got will just keep you moderately fit. It won't put on lots of muscles.
Like what those guys said, Rippetoe or Stronglifts 5x5 is recommended (if you have access to a set of barbell).

What i mean by one set is do 3 times , each time is 8 repetition . Sorry , i still not yet fully inside this body building world , might make mistake.. @@ If according to your guys understanding , you all might think i do one one time of 8 repetition , LoL . Anyway thanks for your guys advice

. Body building indeed can consider another type of knowledge ,might needed trial and error.
