Sadly, muscle growth doesn't work according to your rules/opinions, ie. 1 set of three types of exercises in 1 week.
Not enough sets and not hitting all angles, might as well don't train at all.
And to answer your question, no, this won't work at all.
Beginners, I recommend any sort of full body workout, 4-5 days a week, failure at 4-6 rep range, for the first 3 months. If you manage to do that, come back after 3 months and we'll guide you to a higher level.
You'll need to search for full body workouts in bb.com yourself.
No modifying, stick to the plan like a real man.
Oh and eat a lot.
