tink u should be able to get the newly vp-ed bk9 subsale for around that price. else i tink even if u were to queue at i&p's office or ioi's office for their new launches, it should be above 500k liao.

i went cahaya and sinar yst , master bedroom is huge but the other rooms are so small ...... damn small .. smaller than my current house @@

For your budget you can get houses from Bandar Kinrara or Bandar Puteri Puchong but when u say 4 big room,what is the size of the room that u are looking for? Most houses nowadays beside the master bedroom,the other room are either consider small or just sufficient space compare to the olden days, unless you go for bangalow or semi-d or else you will have to hunt those places further away from KL or puchong.

u may consider wawasan 3 , <400K, slightly above 400K for a well renovated one.

Bandar puteri, 450-500K can get.

They delay the launching to next year probably something near RM600k, you may call up IOI sales office for further info 03-80648899.
