Yes. Off topic but it's to show you that not every Pakatan Rakyat policy is good. BN supports anything that spends money because they get to pocket some of it by directly appointing companies linked to themselves and family.

Example, the PORR project in Penang was directly awarded to a company owned by Ahmad Ismail, an UMNO warlord.

Internet is not everything but we have to keep up with everyone else. In UK they are pushing for minimum 2mbps for the whole country.
