but this is the best from you till now

by the way, how did you get the underexposed and overexposed picture with a digital camera? or did you did it in post process?

Ya,I am confuse with the curve,my problem is likely at at the curve there.Mine got Manual mode and AV mode ma,there are rare Canon A series camera with those feature.I did them in 3 times,each time with different exposure.Ermm HDR kick?Mind to elaborate further?

anyway..its better than ur previous attempt..but agree that the HDR-ness isnt there yet....

also..there r some "halo" effect especially on the edges..u can try to do dodge/burn tool to minimize it =)
