Berba just got in for 15minutes & he got blamed for that short of a play time? I feel that he would be of a more impact if we were behind...which we're not. He's just not under pressure...What's the most important at that point is possession. Give the guy a break. I have faith in him. Carrick, Ando, Brown, Giggs are under performing right now....Why not blame them too?

QUOTE
[Comment From Guest ] Tom, when are Spurs going to have their annual meltdown where everyone laughs at them and they sack their manager?

[Comment From Sanga ] Tom, when are Arsenal going to have their annual whinge about how they've been robbed by Man Utd? Oh. Already?

QUOTE(boxsystem @ Sep 21 2009, 12:14 AM)
Bellamy scores at 89:55, after the four minutes were signaled. Play wasn't restarted until 91:10 (1:06 time wasted). We won a corner, Anderson was subbed for Carrick (30 seconds). That gives us a total of 1:36 over the original four, and Owen scored at 95:28 (ie 8 seconds short of this).

Well calculated rclxms.gif

I felt that our midfield won the match for us.The defence almost cost us a win, while the strikers are not having a lucky day with the exception of Owen. Fletcher pawned Berba in headers. But I feel that the difference between Fletcher's goal & Berba's attempts was that Fletcher's ball were slower but was wobbling, difficult for the keeper to read while Berba's, althought it has speed, the direction was pretty straight forward. For a keeper of Given's stature, Berba's was an easier save.

Bellamy is indeed very impressive. Both of his goals were perfectly executed. I rate him higher than any other of MC's strikers. Never wished he was on our team anyway...He's a potential Barton. sweat.gif

I'd like to post this in another thread but I don't want to troll..

Big clubs does score a lot in injury time because they will never stop fighting. The same as Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal. We played well in the 2nd half, why would'nt anyone credit us for that? Just because the ref made a 'controversial' decision (only with Man Utd it's considered as controversial) they forgot we attacked Man City until they camped out in their own half. Man City never wanted to fight. Why can't the ABU's see that?

Feeling sorry for Man City when they played like they never wanted it? The only team that I feel sorry for losing to us is Arsenal since they deserved the win as they played brilliantly but we didnt. Sometimes I'm getting fed up at these 'bitter' fans just because they could not win any cup?

The referee issue is never ending. They only noticed it because it's Man Utd playing. If this happens to other teams, they wouldnt have noticed it. We lost, we got laughed at. When we win we are said as undeserving winners. I used to had a lot of respect for other team's fans. But eversince we won 18, they almost never gave us credit anymore when it is due. I lost a friendship with a friend of mine which is a Pool fan because she wont stop cursing United eversince we won 18. Ridiculous & emotional I would say.

Forgive my ranting as it's just only a few matches into the season but the ABU's are out in full force.

They hate us more than ever this year coz they expected us to crash & burn after CR7 left us but instead, we're winning big games. Totally a knock in the teeth for some fans. City is bitter coz they feel that they are as good as us.

Yeah...miss those days. As much as we had intensed rivalries in those periods, I have utmost respect to Arsenal. A really worthy opponent. flex.gif

MC is not even close to Chelsea's strength during the Abramovich takeover but they 'perasan' they are as good or even better. 1 game does not justify enough. Let's see who's got the most consistency until the end of the season & I'd like to wait for someone's d*** to get chopped off providing if he has any tongue.gif

Only Berba. & O'Shea consistently wore LS.Giggs & Park sometimes. Rooney, Nani usually wears base layers underneath which looks like they're wearing LS.

manchester city is a big club now , and they always been , except with lack of success on the pitch. the all time league and premiere league record attendance was recorded at their old Maine Road ground , although it was United who play on that match

don't laugh at them too soon , if man city is in contention for the BPL title come january , their rich owner will pull out their petrol dollars to buy all that is necessary for them to keep fighting till May. to me , they are one of the favourite and i mean real contender for the title

once they sort out their small problem in defence , they are actually a well rounded team

its getting more exciting , now more than ever
*
The problem is I admit they're a strong team & no one's laughing at them, but they just cant stop whining. When ABU's come & join them, it gets to their heads. That's what gets on my nerves.
