wenger's philosophy is totally based on what he said above ( the real reason he really back up NOT to ban that kind of transfer). he buy cheap and if he has to sell, then he sell bigger than he bought.
so thats his standard MO. thats why he sort of 'find ways' not to ban. he noted about the irresponsibile clubs to be disciplined. okay so those clubs with shoddy treatment got punished. so he basically all good for clubs to POACH talents all around the world. he said nothing about morality whatsoever.
i am no saint and i do support man united to open their zillion-th academy centre in country Z, but what i am trying to tell is, arsene using loopholes in this morality subject to deliver his opinion. maybe next he will say football is the game of the world, so no nationalities OWN football.
i remember 1 season they play football WITHOUT a single englishman. an english team, playing in EPL, but without or a single englishman. thats philosophy of arsene. i summed up that pretty well i must say.
for me the solution is, get the rules right first. for example that stupid italian law saying no contract is given before they reach 18. get that alter first. then we proceed from there. the case with chelsea is nothing wrong with the law. it simply bribery and stupidity of arnesen.
sometime normal people given enormous power can result in disastrous end. arnesen is one of them. the next i would predict the chief of scouting of MAN CITY.
