3 goals in the second half 45minutes = 3 minutes added (1 minute for each goal as is the remit to referees).
2 Man U substitutions in the second half 45 minutes = 1 minute added (30 seconds for each substitution) Total 4 minutes MINIMUM. Man City score 1st min of added time. 1 minute added.
