3. Link your paypal account to your credit card/debit card.
4. You can use your paypal account to transfer money or make payments for your purchases at ebay or some online website stores like kitbag or subside sports. If you want to transfer money, you can deduce money from your credit card or debit card, but remember you have to pay a bit extra compared to what you want to transfer.

Example, you want to transfer SGD30 to person A. You must send SGD30 + (2.9% from SGD30 + USD0.30). Because the recipient (person A) will not received SGD30 and it will be deducted a bit.

Unless you're transferring money that comes from PayPal balance or bank account. Then it's free and no transaction fee involved. So you can send SGD30 exactly to the recipient.

Royal Mail should be around 7-9 days.. But since it was shipped before the new year, there could be delays..

Did you use normal mail or registered mail? If registered mail, you can check with Pos Malaysia if it has arrived or not.
