Your answer is in the first page, post 2 and Q3. Most answers to basic questions can be found there, so make sure utilise Faiz's good work first k - only if cannot find answer there then post questions here |

Singapore has quite good range of current / one season past kits. Their RRP is also cheaper after conversion compared to our RM259 RRP.
But HK is the heaven for kit collectors in my opinion |

yup RRP for the champions patch as well as the normal EPL patch is RM49 at ALI. R1 costs 10 bucks more. Starball is RM79 at ALI (should buy to stock - this will be in demand also next time)

bro, the Candy kit is not easy to find. Tehre are two types so be wary. There is the Adidas Originals which is the repro, and of cos the original release.
Ori release of cos would be worth more. But normally sizes available found on ebay now would be youth sizes or one or two L sizes. And unless u find a super rare BNWT, conditions for most of this kit are only fair - wear and tear happes to the badge and the sponsor easily. The ones more common on ebay would be the repro ie Originals series. just make sure u don overpay la. The ori would cost more than RM200 while the repro can get for less. The kit in your pic looks bit suspicous to me.Any inner label pics? Other than ebay, u can tru classicfootballshirts. I think some online stores still do sell the repro BNWT at higher prices of cos. have to dig around la. |

yup everdying is right the only commercially reproduced kit was the Liverpool 1989-1991 Home Shirt (with checquered watermarks) so the 88/89 kit in the photo u put is either an ori or a fake. hard to tell without looking at labels and close up of the logo/sponsor.

I had this discussion with AW13 the other day and we are of the view that jerseys and the NNs (in particular PU NNs) technology are meant more for "one-off" sessions and not for collecting etc. This means, it is created to be easily applicable on kits, but may not neccessarily be easily maintanable. So there is no sureproof way to keep your jersey in 100% condition all the time. This goes for any other goods where wear and tear will obviously take its toll after some time.
The only thing we can do is take preventive measures to prolong that "expiry" date. For us collectors in this part of the world, where it is both humid and hot, it is a nightmare to care for PU NNs and sponsors / logos. Best advise is to keep them in open spaces. Hang them (folding will crack the NNs as well). Then have to be careful not to leave 2 shirts with NNs close to each other to prefer sticking. If pacing them closely cannot be avoided due to space constraint, then make sure you regularly flip the jerseys and ensure the shirts dont "stick" to one another for prolonged time. Use of plastic bags would be recommended for non-PU jerseys and also white jerseys, to keep dust away. Lextra NNs are more durable. PU NNs may stick to the plastic covers if you dont flip them over regularly etc. Try to swtich on the fan or air conditioning if possible. Thats why i sleep with my kits at night with the air cond, at least 1/3 of the day they have air conditioning and the other 2/3 fanning. just my view la, feel free to share your experience. |

re zaidizero, one of our fellow collectors have already contacted the seller - he got it from Weston earlier who may haven gotten it from their Sporting ID contact (the "leaked" items). So yah its rare and pricey but it seems authentic.
deadman_inc, we will reserve judgment until we see pics So far, there has been no official release for consumer sales as we understnad it, so any authentic patches would be the "leaked" ones it appears. Of cos, hopefully they will be released one day...if not, it will be a disspointment |

shaohui, as mentioned earlier in the thread, lextra NNs are more durable compared to PU. and answering your earlier post, there are both PU and Lextra NNs for EPL - PU are replica sized ie smaller. again there is no such thing as lasting forever without tear and wear - that goes for everything not just jerseys etc. Apart from material used, how u take care of the kits are important too.
And yes its pricey, and its entirely up to your personal preference whether or not to put NNs on your kit. |

yup nimrod2, Faiz (or was it Fyrekat) shared a photo in one of the old threads with the said prints. But problems still arose after that haha and inconsistencies as well.
But thanks for the heads up. |

i have previously posted the links to the neccessary customs regulation and act relevant to us. its in this thread perhaps u can search for "customs" etc.
Discussion on this shouldnt boil over to become a discussion on "how to avoid taxes" like lowering values etc - all this are stricly illegal in the sense. So any discussion should be within legal confines if not the mods will likely take action to stop it. So its a fine line, but yah, trust me when I say I know for a fact that alot of malaysians do not know their rights. I dont either so its a learning process everyday but if u read the customs tariffs again, one which was rightly pointed out by one of the forummers - tax will stil be inmpoised if it wasnt shipped to Malaysia directly ie it goes pass Singapore or other countries prior to reaching us here. Again, grey area, so sometimes this may be applicable instead in overiding the general tariff guidelines. Also, the guidelies are subject to changes anyway so have to keep going back to the customs website to see if any changes have been gazetted. They can rightly reduce or increase the amount. |

everyone has had their fair share of bad experience / good experience with both ALI and R1, so just stick to your preferred shops loh as long as one is comfortable. Both are reputable stores (though previously R1 involved in fake NN/patches sales 2 years ago but that has since changed).

shao hui, FYI washing with machine is not the "wrong" way. in fact it is the recommended way if u see the washing tags of most polyester kits, of cos with strict conditions to be fulfilled if thats the case. Though most of us her prefer to hand wash the kits (including myself) cos from experience sometimes if the optimum condiiton for washing via washing machine is not met etc, it may turn out ugly and spoilt. For handwash, at least we know first hand what we are doing with the kits and the risk of spoiling them is minimised. Taikors like aw13 himself washes kits with machine.
But yeah it could be a factor in redscorpian's case since the machine wash could be too strong and broke the badge. just a possibility. |

re Ghoster, the Milan kit is selling for cheaper at Bangi Al Ikhsan. I think RM89 or less.
you may want to try that. But if nnot, ya when buying on Mudah, ALWAYS insist on COD. That is recommended by Mudah themselves too looking at their notices and warnings around the site. |

bro, how la is it possible to cure those haha.
jerseys are fragile, very susceptible to the odd pulls and snags so have to be careful la when dealing with them. One thing to note is when u hang them on the dryer, it may cause pulls too. Just have to live with it bro. |
