Hey'll

first, I'm sorry if i've post this up at the wrong subforum...kindly lead me to the right thread or subforum that i should go, if i'm wrong...

one day I was saw my old dell mouse and i was thinking...whether it would be nice if i can do something about it...so i thought about modding it...but couldn't find any ideas how to...

so i've came here to ask whether has anyone tried to have their old/used mouse modded? i've tried searching for threads but it seems like no one post up anything regarding it...i tried asking here coz i know alot of ppl here mod their casings...was hoping to find someone who would have mod their mouse...

so, any ideas? I'm not saying just plain ol' paint touch up...but more like cutting here there..shaping...making it different...modding it...get the drift?? laugh.gif

anyway, thx in advance notworthy.gif

p/s: i've never tried modding or what-so-ever, hence the lack of knowledge in this field... shocking.gif

i think you should be able to apply most of the techniques you find here for cutting/painting to your project. if you need any specific help, then you'd definitely have to try googling it, or if you don't mind being a pioneer, start a project log here smile.gif

some of hte things i've seen for mice are window mods, lcd screen mods, lego cryogenics tongue.gif, painting and the usual LED mods. you basically need to take your mouse apart, and see what you can do with it.

you could check out metkumods, its a good site with a little variety, and is home to that lego cryogenics mouse mod i mentioned tongue.gif
