^not much of a big issue,

but Sony HK has confirmed that the Final Fantasy XIII  : Hong Kong version, [A.k.a the ASIA version ] will be exclusive to Playstation 3 as well . Which means the English Asia version will most probably be exclusive to Playstation 3 in the asia region as well.
Therefore if you want to play them on 360 you will have to import UK or USA version.
P/S: I dont know about the metrosexual thing, its a modern age now everyone that stay in the city would atleast be a little bit metrosexual . Even the FF series have to catch up to the trend, look at those millions earning models walking big name fashion like Chanel, Gucci, Prada's show ,they are all as boyish and as feminine as it could ever be .
What was once Ultra edge is right now sitting on the main stream , nomura's design on the character are also a compelling evidence of this ,Cloud wearing earrings ,Squall having pouty plushy lips .. etc

the HK version is for Japan. Sony probably has a deal with them to have it being exclusive in the entire Asia region.

There hasn't been any news  on the english ,or if it will actually be released. As you see tons of HK resident and Taiwanese actually could read Japanese better than English...

The Hong Kong version is only around rm 20 cheaper, and does not has the FF 14 Beta code

Waited for 5 years+ , bought Ps3 bcoz of this game now the game is releasing less then a month ~~~ times flies =.=.. how much ar this game cost?

yes. as long as the weight of the figure is not very heavy (heavy stuff increases fedex cost). Play-Asia doesn't like to hold one order and wait for another order to be in stock / released.

Example 2 games would only weight abt 0.3-0.4 kg and that still cost USD12.40 for both. Order 1 game only and fedex is still USD12.40.
One is the cheaper Region 3 (from Hong Kong) and the other is Region 1 US Version. In many cases, the games are essentially the same. Only sometimes certain bonuses only apply to certain region, ie GOW remastered region 3 has demo for GOW3 while US region 1 does not.
