Happen to me yesterday also, haha. You can check status at *100#. Under Internet Mudah Alih or something.

No wonder, i tried subscribing to hourly package at Mid Valley and says try later. I tried more than 20 times, then just gave up.

So if using 3G modem, need to use bbnet? Also phone number is *99#?

Just to confirm, no matter if Internet Mudah Alih or Prepaid Broadband, need to use "bbnet"? I use with data modem not phone.

I am still confused. I use Maxis hourly broadband package. What is the settings for it? Yesterday, i was at 3G coverage area but the line so slow.
