QUOTE(kahtsin @ Sep 3 2009, 11:13 PM) no. its a noise isolation head phone. which means you cant hear anything..actually you can HARDLY hear anything... megalodon=carcharias on steroid lol I think you are confused with "Noise Filtering" which its for the microphone, not the headphone. Both Carharias and Megalodon its open headphone design. "Both they and the Megalodon use an open headphone design, meaning that they’re lighter and more airy, but also let sound out and in. If you’re in a dorm or something, it’s probably worth considering that if you have these up loud, your roommates will hear everything. Likewise, you’ll hear the music they’re playing, cars in the street and so on. This is neither a good nor a bad thing — it’s just a choice you have to make. The G35s had superb isolation, being closed and well-fitted, but they made my ears sweat. Yeah, gross, I know, but if you have loud roommates as I did in college, it might be worth it to get some closed cans". - CrunchGear.com reviewed.Cheers

QUOTE(H3LLKEEPER @ Sep 21 2009, 12:46 AM) no la cant afford..after converting the megalodn is about rm600++ well it's quite 'bodoh' to buy things now in singapore cuz it's just so damn expensive for us..just got the piranha for rm230..it just sound great..awesome just have to test it with the siberia SC when i reached home tommorow Imo, Razer Piranha will be downgrade for u, considering u have SteelSeries Siberia Fullsize already... especially Razer Piranha its infamous for its uncomfortable earcups... No offense there.. and the price rm230, i saw someone selling at rm229 - rm240 locally.. so its not really cheaper alot considering u can't claim warranty locally afaik. QUOTE(H3LLKEEPER @ Sep 21 2009, 10:56 AM) no wo,after wearing it for 5 hours i didnt feel any uncomfort or pain on my ear... if you say downgrade i would say sobut the piranha sound quality has a better bass than the siberia..the siberia has a weak bass I see.. but sound quality and bass are 2 difference things. At least u like the deep bass from it QUOTE(H3LLKEEPER @ Sep 21 2009, 07:30 PM) YEA THAT CB FRIEND'S PRICE wei,my version of piranha usb sounds pretty good in game lolx.,aybe even better than the siberia.. haha..i cant see orochi on any singapore shop but kabuto they put like a bunch!!!! Err... u do know Piranha usb function its just for its blingbling... theres nuthin do with sound... I guess u kana "placebo" effect Cheers This post has been edited by TomatomanzSeedlezz: Sep 21 2009, 08:39 PM

QUOTE(Michaelbyz23 @ Sep 21 2009, 10:25 PM) Added on September 21, 2009, 10:28 pmbtw, wat about the ss usb sound card? isit good or worth it to buy? Imo, not worth at all. Imo, usb soundcard its more for lappy with crappy sound, as u know lappy has no expansion to place soundcard.. lol For desktop get a proper dedicated soundcard better, good for yer speakers at the same time But for Megalodon, thats another story Cheers This post has been edited by TomatomanzSeedlezz: Sep 22 2009, 12:38 AM

QUOTE(dis0rd3h @ Sep 22 2009, 11:41 PM) Who needs 3500++ dpi anyway? FPS games are best played at 450dpi with 1.5 sensitivity setting (provided you have a HUGE mousepad), and playing MMOs at 1600dpi at 3 sensitivity feels fast enough already. Unless you have a huge monitor, why would anyone want that unnecessary dpi? Or you guys are too lazy to move the mouse too much, is it? Well, theres ppl with large resolution monitors, or multiple monitors, especially now ATi (upcoming 5series videocard) can support up to six monitors This post has been edited by TomatomanzSeedlezz: Sep 23 2009, 01:43 AM

Huh?... DA from the start its on Infrared sensor... or am i missing something here?.. Waa.. CH gone liaoz... DB still around, does this means DB better than CH?... or theres upcoming replacement for CH?.. Cheers This post has been edited by TomatomanzSeedlezz: Sep 23 2009, 01:03 PM

QUOTE(H3LLKEEPER @ Sep 23 2009, 01:00 PM) DA on start is 1800dpi on 3rd G infared sensor Now its on 3.5g infared sensor that goes up to 3500 dpi Darnit, too late for my correction.. lol Anyways, its still "infrared sensor", just updated to 3.5G. The way Everdying was it like.. it was on different sensor... like "laser sensor"..

QUOTE(Everdying @ Sep 23 2009, 03:34 PM) as in they didnt follow the dark side and use a laser for the new DA la. Totally agreed, and luckily too.. lol Maybe just me.. imo, theres more problems (or much more picky in terms of trackable gaming mousepads/mats) with 'laser sensor' compared to good old 'infrared/optical'... even till now. I guess as usual, 'laser sensor' are still not as "mature/stable" yet, in terms of tech. Not to mention, most probably why Razer puts in 'infrared sensor' on their 'legendary BoomSlang' mouse instead of 'laser sensor' Cheers This post has been edited by TomatomanzSeedlezz: Sep 23 2009, 04:17 PM

QUOTE(V12Kompressor @ Sep 27 2009, 12:42 AM) New Salmosa owner here. At first want to get the Diamondback 3G green, but the lights could be annoying when I am trying to sleep so I decide to take the one without light. Now I can scroll around my 22" screen with much ease and comfort. U sleep on yer computer table izzit?.. Cheers

QUOTE(Kelv @ Sep 28 2009, 03:18 PM) Still no news of what free Razer mouse pad C-zone giving on their Razer mouse purchase? Orochi coming out next week. Come on, any seller going to give special promo bundle with Kabuto The last i heard they were giving out Sphex mousemat. And apparently the offer its over liaoz, as their latest pricelist doesn't list the offer liaoz. QUOTE(Michaelbyz23 @ Sep 28 2009, 06:21 PM) why i cant go modernopc.com anymore?
