QUOTE(deShinyDevil @ Sep 22 2009, 03:43 PM) Return Merchandise Authorization or Return Material Authorization (RMA) is a transaction whereby the recipient of a product arranges to return defective goods to the supplier to have the product repaired or replaced or in order to receive a refund or credit for another product from the same retailer or corporation.

QUOTE(dis0rd3h @ Sep 22 2009, 02:04 PM) Is there any way to physically tweak the DeathAdder so that it would be lighter? Not that I dun like how it feels now, just that the reduced weight would suit me a bit better. u go use some mouse that is heavier then DA untill u get used to it..then come back for DA again...i am sure u will feel DA has become lighter...LOLX... QUOTE(GameFr3ak @ Sep 22 2009, 02:10 PM) I use my Tarantula for almost 2 months +/- and the painted Alphabets on the keys are starting to go off... anyone had the same prob ? that the point...most keyboard will have that problem...that why i get lycosa mirror...XD

^ I read from some other forum stating that using wd-40 might work, though not for the mamba, but for the salmosa.

QUOTE(cusx @ Sep 22 2009, 09:01 PM) well, at first I also thought that I could live with the Squeaking but I was wrong lol. and I sent it for RMA after 1 week of Squeaking. After RMA no more squeaking? I applied a bit WD-40 and my mouse will only squeak if I scroll too fast, and the squeak sound is very very soft so I could still live with it. Before applying WD-40, the squeak was dam loud and I could feel the slight vibration from the squeak which was very annoying.
