Do you try to connect to software updater again, is it can be recognise and continue the process of update (just click update and will continue at where you stopped) or totally no respond? If no respond, only you can do is send to service center..

why you suspect the battery is not genuine? you can take the battery to NCC to verify..

what kind of the battery you are using, i mean is it genuine battery or compatible battery, cause if the genuine battery won't be so bad..

hi, i found my wi-fi scanning always automatic scan, is it because of setting or something? (i always set to switch wi-fi scan off)

Yes. I can read my sms in PC suite.

It show transfer data = 3.5MB within 15 second to open the facebook.

3.5MB = RM35. I m Maxis 'Pay per use' data plan.
Better don't play so much with it. Hehehe
