Hi guys, sorry if this issue has already been posted and replied before. I'm having problems with my phone - When I receive calls and smses, it doesn't show me the Names, only the numbers. Does this mean I have to hard reset and re-copy everything again?
Please advise. |

However, FYI, it's not due to duplicate contacts as I've tried removing all contacts from phone memory and recopy it frm my sim card. The problem still persists and I manage to get everything back in order after doing a hard reset.Solution is u have duplicate contact with the same number in your phone. The phone doesnt know which to take so it shows number. Check your phone whether phone and memory is it show together if not search which contact is duplicate  |
