Wat is diiferent between connect PC to web? Now i can use tis to connect PC to web after install it.
But PC suite still not working. So i just use 'connect PC to web' option.

hi everyone.. sorry if this topic has been discussed..i'm getting my newE71 tomorrow, but i received  a called from the seller that the phone does not support (simplified) chinese only could support traditional chinese.. and that means i cant view chinese using my phone and i cant even read my own chinese blog~.. can u guys please help me? show me the way please.. i dowanna change to other phone becoz i just love the E71 like u all~

i'm on firmware 300.21.012 with garmin version 5.00.30...I've installed jbaktaskman and energy profiler...

terminated the tsr process but it seems that it keeps coming back. first saw 2 tsr process and after terminating it, now only 1 tsr process is showing even after 2nd/3rd/4th termination. followed the steps below (given in v3)
energy profile reading average at about 0.25w...just wondering if this is a normal reading? (phone idle with only profiler ON, no other apps or network connected)

should I just update the firmware and garminxt version as well? (wanna experience a little before I proceed:P)

Ok SIFUz,

Its like this, my wife upgraded to Iphone (sigh) and I already have a E51+E71.
Since she no longer wants to use her E71, I thought I should pass my E51 to my Dad and
take over her E71 as well (I like it so much, sucker )

So instead of backing up the phone with Nokia PC Suite, I instead used Phone Switch which comes with most Nokia Phones.
The “content transfer between phones” was FAST, all my contacts, sms, mms, Notes and calendar was less then 6 minutes
in total, and I have about 1K plus contacts on my E51.

Now this is when my problem ( I think it is la) starts, I thought after all the transfers, I should back up my new E71
to my laptop (my old E71 back up to PC), but sadly it says no content to back up. I tried my previous E51 backup to
be saved into the E71, it too says (“now”) that the E51 has no content to back up! CIALAT…..

Reason Im asking for help is because, some contacts calls will be shown while some the name
doesn’t come out just the mobile number or office phone number. Like dat lorr…

So anyone can “help” me in my situasi? or just leave it as it is

p/s my other E71 in PC doesnt work either in the new E71 back up....

have ever someone face with below problem?  the backup process does not work.The backup process goes over the entire process of scanning my Contacts, Calendar, Notes, Messages, etc. and at the end of it I get the message:

The phone did not contain any content to be backed up.

The backup file is not saved.

i really hate hate my e71 now. to much f**king problem nowdays. hangup, cannot backup bla bla bla..

has anyone tried the Opera Mobile 10 Beta? tried for a few minutes and i must say, graphically nicer UI than opera mini.. multi tabs, chrome-like start page, has a drop-down access menu, download manager.. gonna stick with this version for a while

press n hold the middle button for a while until copy & paste option appear.

on some condition, opera mini feels more convincing than opera mobile.

I think u got a corrupted card.. Try and install another software c wheather u can open.. There is only few possibilities toward ur problem.. Corrupt mcard,corrupt installation file, virus present, and jus ur luck...

Hi dear Nokia E71 users,Do u guys have any problem with messaging like low message storage/capacity?I have heard normal symbians phone can store up to 500+ messages,but i just received warnings like 'insufficient memory,please close some application' .But by that time,i checked it out in file manager and the total memory used in messaging was only around 200kb(around 250 messages include sent message),with 10MB used only over total phone memory,which is 110mb.
Is that normal for this phone or my phone has a problem here?
Is there a way to change storage/store messages in memory card like N-gage or 6600?
I need some help here,this is overally a good phone and i want it faultless .

when we are in the TO: (contact number) tab, my N82 straight in the Numbering Mode.(which means straight press number in)
but this E71 i need to change it to numbering mode everytime i input the recipients.

and i just found out that, once i reboot the hp, i will get "memory card corrupted" , i need to re-insert the memory card to solve this problem, anyone know the solution for it?

Only opera mini 5 and opera mobile 10 can.. When on d web page press 1/R button a pop out will come out there is a copy there so i guess u should know how to proceed..

hi...im considering to buy either e71 or e72....does e71 has slow ring volume like e72?

I have ask for quotation of the Nokia cradle , it cost a whooping 200 bucks for the set. Pretty expensive in my opinion. 
Did lock it but still it drop of sometimes. Mind share which cradle you're using and mind try to pull it whether if it'll drop ?
