i've x3450 ES and here is the setting for 3.6GHz in bios.
vcore : 1.2625v vtt : 1.21v vpll : 1.8v vpch : 1.05v vram : 1.66v @ 1600MHz 8-8-8-24 the prob is it wont stable even at 3.8GHz. can someone here share voltage setting for i7 860 at those speed? so i have reference to try. Attached thumbnail(s)

hmm. try edi. vcore at 1.3125v and vtt at 1.25v and vram at 1200MHz 9-9-9-24. still no luck. need higher vcore?

finally 4ghz success. but with ht disable.
