I'm new to OC but want to ask opinions

CPU : i3 530
RAM : Kingston DDR3-1333
Mobo : P7H55

Core Speed : 4.11 GHz
Multiplier : x21
Bus Speed : 196.0 MHz
DRAM Freq : 784.0 MHz (2:8)
Load with Prime (small fft) : 63C

VCore : 1.35V
VTT : 1.35V
DRAM : 1.60V

I want to drop my DRAM to 2:6 and increase bus speed but there is instability and BSOD.

I tested at 2:6 and multiplier at x12, the maximum stabile FSB is 208

Is it because of the multiplier ?
