Meaning to say after Thursday still cannot interchange at Putra Height station?
Also need to change train at Sri Petaling?

at putraheight can interchange... but whn frm puchong goin ampang/sentul still need get down at sri petaling station and change to the old train... they will upgrade new system during raya holidays and after that no need change train at sri petaling...

My understanding as follow,

There are trains going to two routes
1) masjid -> chan sow lin -> miharja -> maluri...-> ampang terminal. If you are heading to Puchong avoid this route.
2) masjid -> chan sow lin -> cheras -> salak selatan...-> sri petaling "terminal".

From route 2 trains, get off the train at sri petaling and get in to another train to puchong till putra heights.

Currently new train only travel from Sri Petaling station to Puchong (and Putra Heights soon).

The Ampang line extension is from existing Sri Petaling station to Putra Heights. After Raya, the signalling system should have been upgraded for all the stations for the new train. Then masjid jamek <> putra height will not need to interchange at Sri Petaling anymore after Raya.

Yes..this Raya upgrade part is inline with posting from ANNIYAN_X above.

This switching had been there since day one of LRT operation and will be there. The raya upgrade will not affect this MJ<>Ampang switching at CSL.
Suggest you to try out.

I think after upgrade no more Sri Petaling line, they should put Ampang line and Putra Height Line.

For MJ <> Ampang, it will be diff after upgrade, which mean people to PH can board onto any train, those who heading to ampang has to get down at CSL to do switching.

The mode is different if view from the LRT operation angle after raya.

After raya, only people to Ampang need to get down at CSL.

Free parking for one month at new park and ride: Ada. But the two new puchong stations had no park and ride. So try PH and or Kelana ext line.
