are you sure they cap 10GB for RM30 package only?, my speed has been like this for a week already ->

i hope when they start capping, just cap scrumyx package only. and at that time, we can oledi start using HSBB oledi, with fiber direct to home, or at least VDSL with 20MB+ something. i hope.
