do tmnut just want to copy other wireless ISP sucking money policy by having this bandwidth quota? Anyone test with direct download like download from microsoft or using flashget? Speed still the same throttle?

2) for upgrade (network and facilites), maybe they implementing latest throttling device? so better dont let others know..lol

cap and also throttle P2P? hell no...cap but no throttle P2P still consider ok
