Yea they've started throttling somewhat.... one way or the other.
On some certain sites I could download at 150kb/s, but my surfing speed would suffer. Ironically, this has NEVER happened before prior to 2 weeks ago.

I found it strange though.... and our country is supposed to improve ISP services. This is absurd.
