this is unlucky. my phone is now showing frozen boot screen (showing the green WM Direct Push Technology). is there anything to fix it other than a hard reset?

this happen bcoz the phone hang during capture photo session...when a sms comes in. then i reset it. when boot up, it shows the green screen. dem!

now its even worse. bcoz i think that nothing could be done to reverse the freeze screen. i decide to flash the rom with WM6.5 rom.

all went well till i suspect the flashing also freeze. it more than 20 minutes anyway. too long. and i soft reset the stealth and try flashing again. it powered on but nothing show up on the screen



someone..pls help me solve this

can u still enter bootloader mode. if yes, u still have chance. enter boot loader mode and flash using sd card and c.

what is bootloader mode?

u tried to flash and remove the flashing halfway??? dayum.

tried the engineering method. it is of no success. still stuck at bleck screen.


Baronic: it stuck a flashing. updating the rom. the bar wont move..stcuk at 1. it supposed to increase from 1 to 2 to3 so on. i hv no choice other than to abandon the whole process. x expect things to be like this

have you try hardreseting using hardware button??

To perform a hard-reset, keep the stylus on the reset button and press the lower left (Flag), right (OK) button at the same time. *Note: Hard-resetting the device will cause the device to be reset back to its original default settings and all data will be lost.

yeah. done that. all tried. except for jtag as i hv no idea what it is.

done:
1) soft reset -- no luck
2) hard reset -- no luck
3) remove bat for sometime n then insert back n switch on -- no luck
4) try entering engineer mode -- no luck
5) re-flash -- no luck
6) jtag -- not yet. dunno how. pls teach me.


the only idea left in my head is to sent it to manufacture. but O2 x support stealth anymore. what choice do i hv here?



p/s: tomoro i got 2 uni test. why it hv to be at time like this? totally wrong time n atmosphere to spoilt. felt like throwing the stealth kaw². take back then smash till pieces

i going to try the JTAG method. but my pc deosn't hv LPT port. does anyone know how to DIY LPT-to-USB cable? will it work?

Problem solved. JTAG method successfullty carried out.

check the attachment for manual and softwares for this method.
