According to Djiin... his shop don have any Falcon complain yet...
so wait and see lo...

Well is up to you whether to void the warranty or jus go for X-clamp...
Virgil can fix but no warranty... Xbox SG can fix with warranty... up to u...

I exchange my console on the Prophet Mohammed B'day...
took a illegal bus back from SG as no more choices...
arrive very late in KL... bad luck...
now stressing my console wish me luck fren... this is my second exchange...

well i got another refurbish... will f*** them up again if 3ROD within a short time... haha...
tell them very disappointed with it... when i called them in SG...
if 3ROD also hope that b4 15th of APR... will go there again for meeting...

u no need to scare as long as you don tempered the warranty sticker then is ok...
I got mine changed after 1 yr + then 2nd one a month after my warranty report again...
haha... i call to double confrim last week b4 i go... the operator tell me that...
"Sir ur console have been waiting for you long time already... you can collect it anytime"
i was like walau... jus go and pick up... have a nice experience back to KL on that day also...


So update for me is the new set that they exchange to me...
i play BD for a few hours in Air-cond room... things like normal... the air blowing out not that HOT as usual...
so they change the cooling system of the refurbished one...
hope tat this will last...

try to get from Virgil la... or ask him to fix for you lo...

Well i also can't imagine all my passport chop is by SG custom...
i wen there on early Feb for my company Dinner...
then went there again on last thursday...
hope that the meeting i need to go lo... mid of Apr... in SG also...
then can grab few things...

I did exchange my console at SG... coz mostly i'll be there for some business meeting or visiting frens...
1st time exchange was my Anual Dinner in SG... coz i work for a company in SG base in KL... but not earning SGD...
then the 2nd time i went there my own... cost my around RM100 for transport... then around SGD30 for things in SG...
i wen there for 1 day trip... i can choose to stay... but i didn't...

the procedure is very simple to claim in SG... call 1st... then verify everything... ***Tell them you already try everything...
then they will log the report for you... standard procedure... and they will give you the exchange date...
(but remember you can only call when you are in SG... or ask ur fren/relatives to call for you...)
after that wait for that date... go there to exchange... take bus to SG... then take MRT to Cityhall walk opposite...
then go to the top IT floor... take ur no then exchange...
they will give you 1 month free gold account and a statement mention tat ur console serial has been changed...
remember not to tempered ur warranty sticker... if not they will not exchange...

yes... all my exchange also have a sticker of that...

then 2nd time... my bro told me when he switch on is like tat...
he scare i wack him for getting it 3ROD... so he told me don angry i wanna let u see something...

i send a mail to Xbox US also...
Will go to SG to exchange it again...
maybe have to wait till my official trip there... around early of May...
