Apple has been on the slip-up lately, the NiN fiasco, Makayama's Newspaper app, and now this.

I believe this news bit is more suited if merged into the iPhone Club thread, no need for a brand new thread. Since it is a slip-up on Apple's side, and the link itself is dead. Apple still frowns when they look at jailbreaking.

And people wonder why we are tired of answering these questions or requests. Change your mindset, or change your cellphone. We don't need folks like this permeating the iPhone community.

That, and also see how the question was asking where to get apps, other than in AppStore. Unless he's talking about Cydia, then you know he's talking about the peglegged one-eyed scum-kinds.

I have to congratulate DG for his expeditious, swift and effective counter-offensive when it comes to curbing piracy or any other piracy-related issues.

First sync is always lengthy. The subsequent sync should be shorter. My first sync was also long. Just let it go through the process.

Sigh. Dont people read or watch the keynote anymore? This is not like some crappy Nokia phone model launch where new model replaces old models and the old model drops in price. Once the 3G[S] models are announced , the old 3G models enters its EOL (End Of Life) cycle, and as mentioned during the keynote, only the 8GB 3G model survives the axe.

Lain kali, sila baca dengan teliti. As an appointed approved Apple telco, Maxis have to follow Apple's release schedule plans. None of this "3G[S] keluar, 3G cheap cheap" mentality. The same thing has been happening with the iPhone EDGE when it was being replaced, old models get axed, the new model takes its place, smaller capacity gets bumped up to the next larger capacity model, but maintaining the price point. Only this new release with Apple wanting to keep an entry-model iPhone to cater to the newcomers to chose from, makes them keep the 8GB 3G model.

Use it in portrait mode? Seriously, if you are in landscape, how are you going to type your SMSes in portrait? Circus act?

Then would it be so hard to actually sit up straight and SMS proper? You dont see me asking if I can have the SMS keyboard come out upside down when I'm exercising on the monkey bars, do you?

Once Apple start catering to ridiculous propositions such as these is when I finally give up on humanity itself for wanting to do things differently and more difficult when there is a blatantly obvious solution staring up on their faces.
