Can somebody help me im first time iphone user.

I have oS 3.0 running on my iphone3g. my iphone is jailbroken. and I have installed OpenSSH from Cydia, and also have enabled it using BossPref. Now, i want to ssh file using Itunnel 2.7.
AFter installing itunnel 2.7, i click on the "itunnel" to make it running. then I click file browser, and entered 127.0.0.1 host, root user, and alpine password. Then "Login", but an error pops up " Software Caused Connection Abort". Anyone know how to fix it? or is there any better alternatives to SSH files into ur iphone ?

Im having problem with my iphone, when i talk to people on the phone, the first 2-3 seconds voice very clear. Then it starting to become broken, and a few seconds later the voice will be inaudible, then a few more seconds later, people can hear me but my voice become very cartoonish. is this ahrdware problem? or software might caused this?

already tried that. other phones no problem. im doing a "erase all data" and get back to factory default on my iphone.
btw, if i wish to go for warranty claim, must i go to maxis centre like KLCC or i can i just go to nearby maxis partner in my area? both places also requires the original owner to be present during warranty claim right? but some people said no need..

I'm having problem determining how long my Maxis's iphone warranty left. I went to the Apple selsolve.apple site and put in my seerial and country : singapore. then click continue.
Instead of letting me know the date of warranty ends, it gave me a few options/ "call apple support" , "setup repair" and "Extend Coverage" . It also shows "check another serial " and "limtied warranty" . BUT I COULDNT FIND ANY INFO ON MY WARRANTY PERIOD!
