U can actually off your proxy after u get into the login page.

Apparently the ip blocking is only implemented on the patcher client, and not at the game client itself.

Well, maybe their ip database is not that updated.

And i think sometimes they forgot to switch on the ip blocking thing after they do a maintenance on the server. Happen to me once where i can login without proxy

Learn to read. I mean i been playing LoL all this while with ip masking.

So whether Riot block or doesn't block ip from SEA, it doesn't matter to me

Riot only implemented IP blocking on the patcher client. So after bypassing that with ip masking, you can just off it and login normally with your own ip. So, there is no latency issue.

Happens to me too but don't worry, it will balance out eventually.

Just turn off your internet when you open the Launcher. Then, you will get Unavailable message. Then, use the 'EPIC Code'. Then, click "Play".
Then, turn back on your Internet. Insert ID and Password. Voila!! You are in

InvinceZ - I knew it long time ago. I even use it to go in when server is Busy. It's weird and dumb that they didn't implement IP blocking when patching.

EPIC Code - Click on the Launcher screen. Then press Up, Down, Left, Right, Up, Up, Down, Down.

Because the client cannot verify what is ur latest version.

Try this steps then.

1. Open your client with internet on. You will get the 'Block' msg. Wait for the status bar below to complete and show 'All Updates Complete'

2. Do not close your client. Now unplug ur internet.

3. Click on 'Options'. Not need to change anything. Click 'Save Settings'

4. Now, you will see that the patcher will re-check whether connection to server is available or not. You should get the 'Unavailable' msg since your internet is offline.

5. Now, use the EPIC code.

6. The 'Play' button should be clickable now. Click it.

7. Plug back your internet. Login with ID and Password. Voila.

Now saving IP to complete my runebook with Tier 3 runes.

For beginners, just unlock the 450 IP heroes or 1350 IP heroes. They are fairly easy to play with.

I recommend Ashe. Easy to play and pawnz.

It's bad connection. Tried before playing LoL with bad P1 Wimax line. Got the same symptoms with you.

Use my method dude. Not need Ultrashield, Hotspot, or any proxy.

Why u sesat go into EU?

I hope they faster implement Clan system like Blizzard Battle.Net. Then, maybe we can made a Malaysia clan and get our own chatroom

in LoL, there's more like 3 things u need to master. It's Item, Masteries, and Rune.

You will get to know which Item is good or bad for a hero when you actually play or read the guides in the forum.

The only thing is that some (if not most) heroes do not have a fix single path build. They can effectively be a tank, or DPS damage dealer, or AP magic damage caster, given the right item. I particularly like how Spell Damage can be improved in this game.

I like a feature of Battlenet where you can see the list of ppl in the Clan mah. Not need so mafan add Malaysia player to the list here
