* Base stats changed to +50% attack speed, +25 ability power
* Unique Passive changed to: Your physical attacks shred your target doing 20 magic damage and reducing their magic resistance by 6.
* Magic resistance reduction stacks up to 4 times.

why the lifesteal...

malady was a terrible item, its unique passive was not even noticeable , you can get a stark fervor for AS and lifesteal-armor-reduction aura for a slightly more gold, i'm glad malady is changed so it becomes an ideal item for hybrid champs like TF and Jax

WW's ulti is physical? or magic? Until now I can't do 6-hits ulti combo kill yet. Hahaa.... Even on ryze, he has 1 more hit to go...
Kog can 3-5hits a lot of champs... but he can also be 2-3 hitted...

btw it only opens up @ 2AM. Lol

WW's ult is physical applies on-hit effects also. Funfact : back in beta times getting a bloodrazor for ww boosted his ulti to hit 8 times for some reason. They removed it.

holy shiet, lux is so boring and have crappy AP ratio, she's unoriginal, having a morgana snare and ezreal ult, generic slow and shield, doesnt do any damage at all in late game, her laser ult is good at kill steal though, think twice before you buy her, man i should have buy galio or ez instead, QQ

Is there even enough competitive play involving all the champs to have a tier list yet?

It's also hard to determine a tier list when the gameplay is not put in stone, it works in fighting games because there are moves that have a definite advantage in data (frame advantages, cancelling capabilities). In LoL, a tier list is practically useless because even though a champ might be top tier, it can easily be counterpicked or have a build against it. That's just in 1v1. In 5v5 situations, a tier list is practically impossible to make because it depends on strategy more than individual effort.

People have the wrong idea about tier lists.

They're made from statistical data, not personal opinions. All fighting game tier lists are from data obtained from high level play (tourneys and ranbats).

Which is why I'm pissed when retards blindly follow Elementz's tier list.

His tier list basically only list champs in terms of how good they are for a team that is premade.

who is following that tier list? I doubt alot of ppl read the tier list or at least not me......

I play Teemo, so I don't care about tier lists. On another note, why did they nerf Teemo ... T_T
