Nope. No kinetic scrolling.
Added on September 15, 2009, 11:16 pmHmmm, after a factory reset, the home screen is set to shortcuts and not the contacts bar(the previous default). Nokia E-mail 10.00......something is installed in the settings wizard. Left right arrows in the alpha numeric keypad is larger. Might only be me but bass seems to be more full-bodied. With no settings set, it sounds better than previous. Loudspeaker performance seems to be quite the same but possibly louder. Can't tell if there are any real volume difference as with the previous software(pre v30) because it is my first time in months in a quite environment. Now that's bad. So totally no TV-out function. Damn.
And to boonpeng, yes my alarm does delay for a few minutes sometimes. Dunno why, and it's almost always by 2 minutes. I'll test to see whether it's still present. Anyways I noticed something about the new firmware. Images and Videos seems to be sorted by type. Now it's easier to browse for videos and images than before. The videos and images aren't jumbled up according to date added. Now scroll to the bottom and all the videos are compiled there. This post has been edited by tunertoobe: Sep 16 2009, 09:25 AM |

QUOTE(Yan @ Sep 16 2009, 09:07 AM) hey updated to v31 .. map function also cacat... how to download the maps again ? i tried downloading the maploader.. but can't download any maps coz keep showing me " waiting for phone" ... I had that problem once.I can't remember exactly how I did it but I probably hard resetted. Then re installed PC suite support on my phone. It worked. Or just update the PC suite(install a new one) and update pc suite support(in help menu in the suite), without hard resetting the phone. Probably USB driver problem, I dunno. |

QUOTE(Matrix @ Sep 16 2009, 09:41 AM) Umm...ok, i only check the Nokia maps now. It seems that the new Ovi Maps not compatible with the old maps and the old maps have been deleted. You have to have the latest map loader. So where do i download the new Malaysia/Singapore maps? Luckily, i rely on Garmin more than Nokia maps. |

I think he meant the light leakage.
Yes it's normal if that's what yuo're talking about. You can get it fixed at an NCC. |
