There is a problem in my tube.. Whenever i put my tube to charge it automatically restarts.. Why is this so? and what is the fix for it?

So all of my important stuff which will be available in phone memory will be stored in mem card. right ? And also it only resets the phone memory? sorry for too many questions im a noob here.

So i see application which i'm not sure which i should remove in Removable tab.. Like
*Autolock *vcommandmanager *peninputserver *Messaging *Log *Contacts *Clock So is it safe to remove all of that ? and also what is this vcommanmdmanager & peninputserver ?... |
