Lol...you just have to go to
setting --> personal --> home screen --> home screen theme --> choose basic here!!!!

And you don't have to take the pics of your phone just to show that.
You can try installing a software called screensnap.

1. u might hv opened too many programs at once, didnt close dem properly, causing ur phone to lag terribly and possibly could only be refreshed by entering menu and returning to home screen.

2. possibly due to same reason as of 1. open killme app and terminate unnecessary progs. just to make sure, set auto kill on startup.
