Hopefully it will be soon. btw if firmware v31 (the complete one la.. not the beta release being leaked right now) doesn't come with enhanced homescreen/kinetic scrolling, I'm gonna change my phone. we really need homescreen like satio or at least like 5530's. need to fully utilise the big screen. current layout really waste all those precious space.
please please make a dedicated button on home screen for music playback (play-pause-next).

Just found out a tip on how to speed up 5800 Menu QUOTE Nokia 5800 Tips and Tricks - Speed up Menu
After this configuration, the speed of your menu will be very much faster.
(Place the current date in the phone on the 01.05.2005.)
The first two tasks must be created. This is done with the following menu:
>Options
>New entry
>Task
Create the following two tasks in the following order:
1.Task
*Subject: Speed
* Due Date: 04.08.2005
*Priority: High
2.Task
*Subject: Qoukie
*Due Date: 04.08.2005
*Priority: Low

Dunno whats the logic behind this but i do feel the menu a bit faster.. maybe just my psychological thinking but if u guys are free do try also, who knows it might actually works.. P/S: i think term "task" in the instruction means "to-do" and the options can be accessed from calendar apps.. |
