I used to be fatter than you.

Anyway, if you don't want to change, don't set your target too high.

Find someone that's around your weight range as well.

Cheers.

1. Change your attitude. And a change in attitude would involve the things that you do not want to do.

Or else,

2. Take a very good care of your hygiene, your appearance. Be metrosexual if you can.

3. Have a very high sense of self confidence.

But then again, don't put high hope because physical/outer look does make an impression

to TS,

if you see a 105kg fat chick.. you want to hit on her? or you respond will be "urghh... she's gonna suffocate me"

Now look at the mirror again.

hmm.

i think 105kg is not a measurement of fat.

people can be heavy but have a big structure / body structure as well.
some are just big sized.

no doubt 105 kg is high, but if it does not show with very obvious love handles or signs of obesity, its entirely different.
therefore, i suggest,

PIC PLS.

and we can tell wehther u are fat or not.

ppl think i'm around 80kg but in fact, i'm 100kg. i'm around 178-180cm.

People are advising you to go for fat chicks but even fat chicks would avoid someone your size.

But TS titled his topic describing himself as fat + fail to get date. with such combo, its pretty much moving towards the "unappealing" fat than than "heavy but hunky". If its the latter, he wont have problem getting date/girls, right?

Do you doubt his own description/date-less fate as being inaccurate?

175cm/105kg is fat no matter how big boned you are.

His BMI is 34.

I have never seen a person with a BMI over 32 that does not look obese. Despite all it's shortfalls, the BMI system is logarithmic and as you go over 30, you start to look really really fat.

LOL. You only focus on the 105kg in TS post and DIDN'T READ the rest of what he typed.

TS wrote:

So any advice other than asking me to go on DIET, GYM, PILLS or LIPOSUCTION!!!
I doubt he is a bodybuilder nor a gym-goer. Do you wish to doubt his statement above and insist he wrongly described himself as fat unless he posted his pic to be judged by us here?

alan, i think u are focusing on his shortfalls.

i think being heavy is not a reason not being able to get a date.

if a person brings himself up well, success can happen.
from the way i see it,
TS is insecure about himself.

the only way to deal with it is to work something out since he can't stand his own physical attributes.

other than that, if being able to carry himself well, i don't think there is a problem.

QUOTE
A BMI from 20 through 26: desirable for most middle-aged adults. Nonsmokers with a consistent BMI within this range have the lowest risk of disease and premature death. In this category, weight gain can be avoided through moderate eating habits and exercise.

A BMI from 27 through 29: moderately overweight, carries a slightly increased risk of weight-related health problems, such as high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, heart disease and adult-onset diabetes. People in this group have the hardest decision to make about reducing, given the potential health risks of weight loss. To prevent the development of weight-related health problems, most people in this category should avoid gaining additional pounds by adopting a low-fat diet and a routine of regular exercise. Weight loss for cosmetic reasons is very common here.

A BMI of 30 through 40: truly overweight, the risk of developing heart disease and other weight-related conditions rises sharply. Most people should lose weight in this category. Adult-onset diabetics in this category should definitely reduce, since blood-sugar control improves with weight loss.

A BMI of 40 or more; severely overweight, you are in great danger of dying early. 80% eat in frequent binges. Secret eating is common. Best weight loss technique is often a fasting diet. Benefits of losing weight clearly outstrip any dangers.
