Actually faulty console send to them for warranty make them losses more. Even modded console broken & buying another modded one not even make profit for them since not buying their original games.

However, I do agree they know how to make business since they know how to turn their losses to profit with Xbox LIVE payment & great online experience attractive us to buy some original games to play online or shopping at XBL Marketplace, also huge library selection to attracted original buyers out there. Lucky for them original buyer is more than modded one.

Not to mention they have a lot of cash to covered up their flawless easily (3 years extended warranty).

They were hasty in pushing the product (Microsoft's XBox 360) back then. I didn't expect this happening from reputable Microsoft.

Anyways, library of games belongs to XBox 360. Period.
