Getting Started

recently my 42" philip lcd starting to suddenly turn off/black out.....then i needed to turn off/unplug the switch wait for few sec to 1 min then turn it back on..it ok again...but will happen again..y lik tis? i set the sleep to 0...wat the problem?

few problems affecting it
1) possible Firmware problem ~ sad to say we cant upgrade ourselfs, have to get their techs'
2) could be due to overheating ( thermal sensor ) shuts down the set, but in your case, dont really think so as you can switch it ON back within a minute...
3) life span or some components just malfunction
4) better to get expertise help

Inevitably, there will be the occasional "lemon" in every production process. Since your unit is still under warranty, no worries lor.

3-4 mths, then kacang putih la, just send back to kilang, why need to trouble yourself, troubleshooting it for the technicians?
