Answers to your questions:

1) Apply concealer AFTER moisturiser.

2) One moisturiser should be enough. Btw why do you intend to apply 3 moisturisers at the same time? What are their functions?

3 moisturisers? at once? in the mornings?
Does your skin feel sticky after you are done? If not then it's okay I guess but I seriously don't think you need so many. You can never over hydrate your skin but you too much moisturiser can lead to clogged pores. Try to find one that does all those things as once. Why do you need a 'wake up starter'? A good face wash will solve that problem happy.gif If you want separate products to target those issues you have then you will have to look for serums and emulsions. Serums sink faster into the skin thus allowing your final product ( cream/moisturiser) to lock in the moisture on your face. Serums are usually have a lighter texture than cream/moisturisers. You can use 2-3 serums but you might just want to stick to a single moisturiser/cream as anything that goes over that moisturiser isn't going to make it to the inner layers of your epidermis before it evaporates or gets accidentally wiped off( like when you put sunscreen or foundation).
I use 2 different serums and an eyecream before my final moisturiser. It's good to give about 2 minutes between each product to allow them to sink into the skin. I speed up the process by tapping my skin with my fingers or rubbing my palms together and pressing them to my face to use the heat from them(Don't blast with a hairdryer-bad idea ^^;;). I allow for 5 minutes for the moisturiser to absorb before I go on with my sunscreen, base and foundation.
