warranty macam mana?

FYI, Blackberry ni datang dalam box baru, dalam ada warranty dari SAMART I-Mobile (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (644138-V), vendor untuk Blackberry ni.

Warranty : 1 tahun, aksesori 6 bulan
Lets say ada anything pasal warranty, boleh hantar ke CELCOM dan CELCOM akan hantar ke company SAMART I-Mobile. Basically promosi yang sama mcm CELCOM offer (refer link CELCOM) cuma saya dapat a few units dengan discount RM200. Anything boleh call saya 0192029698, saya ada satu phone dlm stock. Sekiranya confirm saya akan regsiterkan( ada form kena isi).

mensa, basically the same package you can get with CELCOM - bound with 24-month Blackberry Internet Services in which you have to pay RM98 for Internet Services plus RM50 for 280 minutes Voice Plan. sorry la sze, i sell exactly as per celcom promotional package, but with a reduced price (-RM188). phone only, i used to sell before, the curve 8310..keep in touch maybe in the future there will be unlocked BB up for sale tq!

ok betty, i think i would pinpoint to few features if u were to make comparison of pros n cons, storm has touchscreen, but no WiFi...but for bold, vice versa...hope that would make it easier for you to choose from thanks!

sorry for any inconveniences caused but my partner confirmed that your BIS has been activated. you should be able to travel around the world on your blackberry "surfboard" by now please do inform me should you have any issues on this, thx!

Bro, yes its me. I still can't utilised the blackberry yet, I've check with Celcom and they said no activation yet. Please check for me and get back to me soonest possible. It's very frustrating...

would like to apology for the inconveniences caused since we have checked with CELCOM and according to them, it has been activated as early as yesterday morning (25 August). to be frank and sincere, i am extremely mystified why it took THAT long for CELCOM to activate it, or at least give the right answer. by right activation will only took 2 hours..i guess they have some internal discrepancies, and alex, since you are an existing privileged CELCOM customer they should have no issues switching your plan to BIS. We have did our part in filling up the necessary document (CELCOM BIS form) and the rest is up to CELCOM to further process it. hope that would clear out some clouds over our heads now.thanks..

Maybe some internal administration problems with Celcom. Anyway, I went there myself and registered. The activation was on the spot. Thanks for the support.
