would like to apology for the inconveniences caused since we have checked with CELCOM and according to them, it has been activated as early as yesterday morning (25 August). to be frank and sincere, i am extremely mystified why it took THAT long for CELCOM to activate it, or at least give the right answer. by right activation will only took 2 hours..i guess they have some internal discrepancies, and alex, since you are an existing privileged CELCOM customer they should have no issues switching your plan to BIS. We have did our part in filling up the necessary document (CELCOM BIS form) and the rest is up to CELCOM to further process it. hope that would clear out some clouds over our heads now.thanks..

Maybe some internal administration problems with Celcom. Anyway, I went there myself and registered. The activation was on the spot. Thanks for the support.
