Alek, the forum admin of dark-alex.org has set the record straight on their PSPWiki site. That Dark_AleX is not leaving us and quitting the PSP Scene. Also that the Dark-alex.org forums were closed due to costs. Not for other rumored reasons.

since u have phat psp, all u need to do is google and dl software to softmod ur battery to pandora batt, n change ur ms to mms~

what the difference between cfw 5.00m33-6 and 5.50 gen b?

if i go to gen b,can i go back to 5.00m33-6 ??

using fat psp is worth afterall

the difference is 5.50 gen-b is based on 5.50 ofw, while 5.00m33-6 is based on 5.00 ofw. u can google for 5.50 ofw chagelog or updates.

n yes u can revert back to 5.00m33-6 once ur in 5.50gen-b. i have done so.

and how to change back to 5.00m336?

is there any other way beside using pandora battery?
i dun understand much bout this pandora and do i need at least 2 psp battery to do this??

mms is magic memory stick, used together wif pandora battery to downgrade or unbrick psp.

try googling for hellcat recovery flasher. im not sure a version has been made to downgrade 5.50gen-b to 5.00m33-6. but if it is, u can use dat. its a homebrew dat doesnt need pandora or mms. only works for hackable psp tho.

hey, i was just wondering if the psp 3001 could update its current firmware from 5.03 m33-6 to 5.50 gen-b?

also, does soulcalibur really needs to be run on a psp with 5.50 gen-b?
