First playthrough took me bout 11hrs with 100%.
Next will mess around with proving grounds before 2nd playthrough for other achievements |

I think I was stuck there once too..
Are you stuck in the light blue section? If yes the exit it up north (the light blue section) with the red door. There is a vent below that room which leads to the exit.
